Philip Herd is the Business Owner and CEO of Pivotal Annex Properties, a rental property company based in the DMV area. As a Black American entrepreneur, Philip Herd has always been committed to community service, from feeding the homeless to supporting meaningful causes. Inspired by the legacy of historic Black American towns like Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Rosewood, Florida, Philip Herd founded Pivotal Annex Properties with the mission of providing quality housing for hardworking, lower-income families. Guided by the mantra, "It's our turn to add to our community," Philip Herd is dedicated to fostering sustainable growth and economic empowerment within the community.
